Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Sales Util. If it isn’t right for you, you can get your money back.
14-day refund, no questions asked
- Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason.
- Email hello@salesutils.app from the email address you bought with (or include it in your message).
- We refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
After a refund
Your license is turned off once the refund goes through, so Sales Util stops working in your browsers. Anything saved in your account stays there; you can delete your account and its data any time in Settings › Account.
After 14 days
Purchases are final after 14 days. If something isn’t working, email us anyway and we’ll help.
